How many sexual partners is too many?

Highly debatable topic.

There isn’t a specific number of sexual partners that everyone should have in their life. Sexual behavior and choices are highly personal. They are influenced by individual values, beliefs, cultural factors, etc.

Without launching a massive research study to get to the detailed findings, we quickly decided to take this question to the NYC streets to ask strangers their thoughts.

On Tuesdays in the West Village (NYC), The Lavaux Wine Bar hosts a Secret Message Party that recently went viral on TikTok. Think of this like a “Love is Blind” reality TV show but for strangers at different dinner tables. Notes can be exchanged with a friend, potential lover, or any format in between. There is no specific person or table mentioned so you have mostly complete anonymity.

Yesterday, I went with a few friends to check out the hype and the Universe gave me the most Taken & Claimed note to inspire the dinner conversation:

I quickly did some math — subtracting Covid Years, adding in a few of the slutty years we arrive at around 3 per year.

The note was passed back to the “mystery” table and they responded with what they thought was reasonable:
